DIRECTIONS:
As a dietary supplement, adults take one capsule three times daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Glucosamine is a chondro-protective agent that is a major building block in helping the body repair damaged or eroded cartilage. The more Glucosamine that is present the more production of key elements like proteoglycans that help strengthen and repair damaged cartilage. Chondroitin Sulfate is the major building block of cartilage and research shows that oral doses of CS finds its way to joints where it adds to cartilage tissue.*

Bromelain has been used as an anti-inflammatory agent in both gross injury types (surgery, sprains, trauma injury) as well as macro inflammations (allergic reactions, localized internal infections). It is thought to work on both the fibrin and kinin pathways to decrease active inflammation, as well as prevent the blockage of other anti-inflammatory agents from entering the site of infection.*

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that can reduce oxygen-free radicals caused by inflammatory processes. It also increases protein synthesis in chondrocytews.*
